Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.

Safety

Your safety is important to us. We provide safety guidelines and resources, but ultimate responsibility for personal safety rests with you. You agree to:

• Exercise caution when meeting other members in person
• Meet in public places for initial meetings
• Inform others of your whereabouts when meeting members
• Report suspicious or harmful behavior to us immediately
• Follow our safety guidelines as published on the Platform

Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Understand that refunds are provided at our discretion per applicable law

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any member-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sugar Dating Suomi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
